How can I order?
Choose the model you're interested in and click on the image. You will enter in the product, which contains all the details of the model (description, features, prices); here you can add it to your cart. You will get a confirmation dialog box, which will also include some suggestions on similar products you may purchase.
By clicking on ADD TO CART will enter the summary page of your order which also shows the total amount, here also you can choose the quantity of the products or delete them from your cart.
To complete the purchase you need to register with the site (or log in if you are already registered) and then proceed to the payment by Paypal or bank transfer.
What are the waiting time after you place the order?
After confirmation of payment, the goods will be shipped within 7 working days (excluding articles clearly "pre-order", according to the times of delivery of the courier, which vary based on the delivery areas (generally from 5 to 7 days) , will arrive at their destination within a maximum of 15 working days. during certain times of the times may be higher, but in this case will be reported at time of order.

The Warranty Certificate ensures the originality of the products Laudoracing -models and constitutes collateral.
Attests to the quality of the product and the lack of manufacturing defects.
Excluded are damages caused by persons (tampering or changes done by others) , claims to be accidental (eg, falls, knocks, scrapes etc. . ) , From loss or theft.
The certificate is only valid if it carries the stamp of the seller and the date of purchase , the performance guarantee shall also be subject to the delivery of the defective product to the retailer where it was purchased .
 
Can I request a custom template ?
Currently this feature is not yet available , but in the future it will be possible to ask customizable templates in several details : with your name , the interior details ...

DAMAGED MODEL

The model I received is damaged. What should I do?
If upon receipt of the model, should highlight shipping damage or defects to be imperfect material, please report it immediately via email at assistenza@laudoracing-models.com enclosing photos.
The possible damage or defect of the model must be communicated strictly within 10 days of receipt of the goods (postmark date of delivery). NO claims will be accepted after a lapse of 10 days.
All complaints will be handled individually: it is therefore necessary, in order to avoid problems such as loss of the package or repay, do send us back the product without having first received our consent and indications.
IMPORTANT: This procedure is valid ONLY on purchases made directly at the site www.laudoracing-models.com (certificates an invoice). For all other models should refer strictly to the dealer from whom it was purchased.
 
WARNING: will not be subject to replacement the models received with detached pieces and you can replace as :( windows, decals, mirrors, etc ..) headlights in this case we will send spare parts free of charge, we do not guarantee the availability of pieces for a model that has more than 6 months.

The damaged model is replaced or refunded?
Only in case extraordinary as: (paint defects or warped frame or other defects not repairable) the model will be replaced, after the timely communication of the defect accompanied by images support.
Once back at our headquarters, the damaged model is verified and, if appropriate, we will send a new one at our expense.
In the case of a model in a limited series or end of production, if you can not replace it, you will be  refunded.
Why is it important to communicate promptly any damage or defect of the model?
Laudoracing-models produces limited edition models that are sold in a very short time; timely communication is therefore essential when replacing to ensure the availability of that particular model.
 
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Can I send back a product that does not meet my expectations?
You can report any problem within 10 days of receipt of goods by e-mail at assistenza@laudoracing-models.com You will receive a confirmation email with directions on how to return the product.
IMPORTANT: Do not return the product until you have received our approval and directions.
 
Who pays the shipping costs for the return of a model?
If the model is returned because it does not conform to your expectations, or because damaged during shipping, the shipping costs are at your expense.

PREORDER 
What is a pre-order?
The pre-order is a service created by Laudoracing-Models for collectors most faithful to our models and are rewarded for this.
In fact, completing a pre-order you can ensure a product into production before it is put on the market, in this way you will avoid about running out of a copy of the models in limited series,Furthermore if you buy in preorder, the price will be lower than the final one.

What should I do To conclude pre-order?
Just add the product to cart and Buy by paying the amount indicated  plus shipping.

What happens if I change my mind?
You have 7 days from date of payment to cancel the preorder, you will be refunded 100%.

How much time to conclude the pre-order? It has an expiry date?
If you choose a payment method such as check or bank transfer, from the receipt of the email notifying you that your pre-order has been accepted you have 7 days to complete the purchase. If the pre-order will not be concluded by paying the full amount, the pre order will be canceled.
